Have you experienced the following dangerous issues with your F-150?
  • Brake pedals going all the way down to the floor
  • Sudden loss of braking effectiveness
  • Complete failure of braking function
Despite the hundreds of consumer complaints about dangerous brake failures in 2015 and newer Ford F-150 models, no recall has been issued. Why not? Great question. That's why we are  investigating complaints of brake failures in certain Ford F-150 trucks.

Each year, hundreds of thousands of consumers spend  their hard earned money purchasing F-150 trucks.  Brakes are a basic and important part of automobile, especially when it is a large truck like the F-150. As much money as consumers are required to pay for these vehicles, THE BRAKES SHOULD WORK!!! The consequences of brake failure can be devastating to owners, passengers, other motorists and their loved ones.

F-150 Brake Failure Background
In 2016, Ford Motor Company issued a recall
regarding brake failure in 2013 and 2014 Ford F-150 models equipped with the 3.5L Ecoboost engine.  Also in 2016, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) announced that it was conducting an investigation into consumer complaints of brake failures in 2015 and 2016 Ford F-150 models. However, no further action has been taken to address this dangerous issue.

If you own one of the affected Ford F-150  trucks and have experienced brake failure or are concerned about the reported issues, please contact one of our lawyers immediately to discuss your potential automobile defect case.  There is no charge or obligation for our review of your case, and the information you provide may help us hold Ford accountable for any defects in the brake systems in their vehicles.
