Corail Femoral Stem Fractures After Hip Replacement Surgery
Newsom Law PLC is investigating a potential lawsuit concerning fractures of Depuy's Corail titanium alloy femoral stems used in hip replacement surgeries.
It has been reported that Corail titanium femoral stem implants used in hip replacement surgeries have fractured at the neck of the stem, causing the need for immediate surgery to remove and replace the fractured stem.
As you can imagine, an implant fracture can be extremely painful and the road to recovery can be long. Not only has the injured party had to recover from the original hip replacement surgery, but he or she then has to recover from the second invasive surgery because of a potentially defective product.
The expense of the surgery alone can be overwhelming on top of the inability to work during recovery.
If you have experienced a fracture of a titanium alloy implant stem, please contact us at 615-251-9500 or fill out the form and we'll contact you at your convenience.
There are no fees or expenses unless we win!
